Many years ago, I sat in on Andrew Pudewa’s talk entitled “Teaching Boys and Other Children Who Would Rather Make Forts All Day.” I thought to myself, “This guy understands boys and knows how kids learn! His curriculum must be amazing!” I couldn’t get to the IEW booth fast enough after the talk ended. I used up the rest of my curriculum money to purchase as many IEW products as I could afford.
